We insist that all work is carried with full regard for the health and safety of its employees and the general public. Our mechanical engineers are multi skilled and have served as apprentices within the rotating equipment repair trade, paper mills and power stations. All our staff and engineers also undertake Health and Safety training which is regularly updated and covers the following areas:

  • CP1 Confined Space certification
  • CITB Safety Passport
  • Full documentation – Method Statement, Risk assessments, CoSHH
  • First aid training
  • Water and waste water industry training

At our fully equipped workshop facilities in Kent (which includes and environmentally controlled ARC Application Cabinet and 20 ft Blast Cabinet) we carry out a wide range of activities on behalf of customers including: 

  • Pump rebuilds and upgrades
  • Valve and other associated process equipment rebuilds including process and rotary valves, tanks and filters
  • Electrical and Mechanical repair of rotating electrical machinery including rewinds
  • Power transmission equipment rebuilds and upgrades – gearboxes and drives
  • Advanced reinforced composite coating systems engineering and application for metal and concrete
