Component repair, remanufacture upgrade

Arnolds provides general service repairs and engineered upgrades for all types of hydraulic cylinders and process pumps. We can reduce your maintenance costs, improve equipment performance and increase reliability by rebuilding your equipment. Our standard repair includes disassembly; solvent wash and inspection of parts; replacement of bearings, seals and worn parts; media blasting and painting of external surfaces; and checking of all pertinent dimensions during reassembly.

Additionally, utilising our specialist knowledge in component preparation and subsequent application of the ARC composite products, we are also able to remanufacture components at a fraction of the cost of new and repair components that are now obsolete removing the need for investment in new capital equipment.

Ferrous and Non-ferrous fabrication

Utilising our extensive workshop facilities, we fabricate a broad range of access equipment and platforms for our customers.  We regularly manufacture gantries and steps and these can be to your design or our own, and we offer a full installation service.

Design, build and install

At Arnolds we can provide a fully bespoke design, build and installation service. Starting with an idea or perhaps a problem, following a thorough requirements gathering exercise we then undertake the development of all appropriate designs and manage the process through the manufacture to installation.
