Richard Maggs – Operations Director

Richard is a very experienced Engineer (BSc Mech. Eng) having more years of experience to call upon than he would care to remember.  In the last 15 years, Richard’s focus has been the process industries having worked for a number of the key players and is an expert in pumping systems and related ancillaries. 

At Arnolds, Richard has day to day responsibility for the running of the business both at a Technical and Commercial level. He can as often be found in overalls in the workshop or on customer sites carrying out site surveys, advising directly on best practice, as he can be in the office

Scott Clarke – Engineering Manager

Scott is our token Aussie and is the Engineering and Workshop Manager. Having graduated in 1995, Scott started his working life with an engineering company based in Wodonga Australia, moving to take on a roll as pump sales and service technician, before moving in 2001 to Sydney to become national production centre workshop planner and internal sales manager. In 2004 the call of the UK could not be resisted further and he moved from Australia to the UK to start work at Arnolds. The workshop engineers and technicians report directly into Scott.

Emma Baxter – Office Administrator

Emma is the Office Manager and the first point of contact for sale and purchase queries, doubling as PA for the senior members of the team.  Her previous roles have also been admin based.  In her spare time she likes nothing more than a nice ‘glass’ (bottle) of wine!
